Relax & Nourish Online is a virtual healing retreat experience that you can enjoy in your own time and space.

It is a gorgeous way of treating yourself to some optimal self-care with one-hour sessions to reboot and recharge back to your best self and to help you feel relaxed and nourished. It’s a way to realign yourself so that you can remain calm, peaceful, and “be” your best self during these turbulent times and have the tools to stay that way.

We explore the breath and sound of kundalini yoga and meditation. We experience gentle movement, breath works, chanting, guided relaxation with live music among other practices like emotional freedom technique, Reiki, and sound healing.

These sessions reduce mental chatter and bring the body into a state of deep relaxation so that you can aid your body, mind, and soul into healing and into recharge mode so that you feel lighter, refreshed, and with a higher more positive vibration.

Is this suitable for you?

This experience is ideal for spiritually conscious people who are feeling a little depleted, tired, stressed, or a bit worn out. If you are going througha time of stress and anxiety and could use a lift to restore, recharge, clear you mind. If you would like to get more in touch with your heart and true self.

This is for you if you need to encourage yourself to set aside more time to support yourself and if all you had to do was press play then this would be way easier.

If you always mean to take time for yourself but never do, I can guide you and support you through this time and help you to stay more centered and in a more relaxed state. I will help you to tune into your inner state of peace and harmony so that you can feel more relaxed and nourished on every level. It is all guided so you can just show up and I’ll take care of the rest!

You’ll need a space where you can extend your arms and a space big enough to lay down, have a mat and blanket and cushion at the ready! Most of the movement can be done on a chair….and you can lay down for the rest! We explore the breath and sound of kundalini yoga and some sound healing relaxations. We experience gentle movement, breath works, chanting, guided relaxation with live music, and sound healing amongst other practices. I will also introduce you to some relaxation tools from different healing modalities.
