Description

We hope that you enjoy your stay in this simple yet beautiful house here at Butterfly Cottage Retreat in the heart of Ireland.

Your experience includes a two night stay in a twin room with shared bathroom access.

You will enjoy Kundalini yoga & meditation, guided relaxation, a sharing circle and a sound bath throughout the retreat.

Your stay includes a freshly extracted juice or healing tea on arrival, 2 healthy and nourishing dinners and 2 freshly made breakfasts which no doubt will include eats from the garden such as homegrown raspberries with freshly made pancakes, freshly baked healthful scones and/or homegrown greens in your super-food smoothie or juice.

Lunch will be out at a beautiful local venue on the middle day and we will visit one of the sacred sites. Pack your swim suit if you feel like braving the lake water on our excursion!

2 night stay Arrival from 4pm Fri – 1pm Sunday

You can take some time to wander around the garden after watching a glorious sunrise. There are beautiful labyrinths and meditation walks in the garden and a vegetable garden to wander around or lounge on the hammock if the weather allows.

You have an option to extend your stay with our B&B offerings and consider a nearby trip to one of the many amazing local lakes, attractions and sacred sites within a short drive listed below. You can book a relaxing one-to-one treatment before or after the retreat or book an extra night to upgrade your stay if you are travelling far and would like a nights rest before or after the retreat. You can also avail of some beautiful journals, kundalini yoga music and other online offerings to help relax and nourish you on your stay and to support you along your journey if you feel drawn to support some Irish kundalini yoga creations!.
